Based on an idea by McKinsey, the main theme of the Sefa Conference 2011 is the 'War for Talent'. In this changing society we face various developments, like the prominence of the aging problem and the increasing demand for young talented people. How should a company search and attract talented people? How does a CEO develop talent and structure the company to retain it? Is it better to import talent from other countries, develop it locally or a combination of the two?
At the Conference, four eminent speakers gave their perspectives on the topics. The two panel discussions with political and business speakers discussed issues on a thorough level. Besides, to keep the audience even more entertained three entrepreneurs gave a speech about how they set up their successful businesses and their experiences as an entrepreneur.
