Task description:
As HR Officer you are responsible for staying in good contact with all (non-)active members. You communicate intensively with both active members and potential new members through recruiting, coaching and mailing. You also do the selection for Sefa committees. Thus, recruiting and taking application interviews is an important task of your job. But being HR Officer also means being always available for questions from active members, passive members and other students.
